One can book a room/flat according to his requirement from any where on phone 90 days in advance. On receipt of message reply shall be given back from the office.  You will receive E Mail or SMS  giving the recent position of availability of the accommodation.  If any room/flat is vacant and available for advance booking, you will be given a number and asked to deposit the amount in the bank in this head.  If it is in waiting list, information is sent accordingly. In this condition, no need to deposit the money.  Once an amount is deposited, it will not be refunded.  However, a receipt of donation will be issued for the said amount.  While coming to Shikherjee you are advised to bring the Bank receipt for record.
